My name is Pam Blandford. Having travelled extensively, especially on conference trips with my husband, it was often difficult to find shopping excursions that incorporated shops with a difference. And time consuming to try and discover them for myself.

However, for the past four years I have been living in Melbourne and am captivated by the beautiful shops dotted around the Melbourne suburbs. These shops are filled with vintage or contemporary homewares, hats and bags, jewellery, bedlinen, cushions, linen and fabrics (to name a few) - all filled with an ambience lacking in wholesale stores.

As family and friends came to visit, I found great pleasure guiding them to these shops. To say they found these excursions enjoyable, is an understatement! Consequently, SavvyShopTours was founded.
